The 5th of November 2019 saw a microcosm of that happening officially, after almost twenty (20) years of challenging the Status-quo, of trying to bridge the “GAP” between the Informal Sector Business and the Corporate space through STRUCTURAL REFORMS and business RE-BRANDING. This attracted and gained recognition by the Ghana Customer Service Awards Organisation, after its thorough evaluations, on our Blind Side, by a team of astude Customer Service Professionals, nominated SESIL VENTURES and its Chief Executive Officer, to win three (3) AWARDS in the following categories;
1. Customer Service Leader of the Year 2019-20 (Emmanuel E.K Awumee) – For sterling performance in Customer Service Leadership.

2. Customer Service Organisation of the Year 2019-20 ( SESIL Ventures) – For sterling performance in the delivery of Customer Service.

3. Ghana’s Best 50, for Customer Service Excellence for outstanding delivery of Customer Service 2019-20 ( SESIL Ventures)

This was actually, least expected, knowing that, such AWARDS, as far as the Informal Sector is concerned, it is a “No go Area”. Not to talk about a Car Wash (Detailing Centre).

Most often however, the Formal Sector happens to be mostly the beneficiary of such prestige and high profile AWARDS, due to the high caliber of Human Capital they hire, coupled with the Organisational structures and their intense training programmes, towards Management and Customer Service issues.

SESIL Ventures, however did not relinquish its efforts in putting down some basic organisational structures and funding training of Management staffs and organizing in-house Workshops for junior staffs in both Technical and Service delivery, through Value Addition, in its quest of RE-BRANDING an Informal Sector Business, to assume some structural status of a Formal Sector work.

This was done and meant to challenge the Status-quo and debang the negative Mindset and Stigma associated to Businesses within the Informal Sector, by Graduates and also encourage graduates whose career path is leading them towards the Informal Sector to feel free to venture in there without any inferiority complex.
The whole difference is to add Value to what you do through RE-BRANDING!

This achievement is however dedicated to all our numerous Cherished and Loyal Customers, from ancient of Days, Now and Prospective ones. The staffs of SESIL Ventures, My Mentor, Late Benjamin K. Awumee (Father), My Mother, Mrs Eugenia A. Awumee, Friends and Loved ones.

May God bless, each and every one of you, for your relentless patronage of our Services, that has brought us this far.

I love you all and STAY BLESSED!
