SESIL Ventures is an Automobile Care consultancy and Detailing Service provider, established in the year 2000 under the leadership of the the CEO and Founder Mr Emmanuel E.K Awumee.
A product of University of Mines and Technology and the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA)
He offered a programme in Automobile Engineering and a Bachelor’s Degree programme in Marketing respectively.
As a striving business in a new Environment.
It started with a staff strentgh of three(3) and have grown through the times and now operating with a staff strengh of twenty five(25).
Across the years, the company has trained over 300 Detailers since its inception.

In terms of Service provision, the company has provided it’s services to the Public, a number of Private and Public Organizations, Diplomatic Mission’s and State Protocol as a result of its Professional Service delivery.
In addition to Car Detailing Services, we also provide Aircraft and Boat Detailing Services.
As part of our Operational and Career development progression programme, a series of International training programmes has been undertaken to ensure our services meet international standards. This has been part of our mission and vision plan for excellence, growth and sustainability.
Human Resource
The company is made up of a team of Professionals and Trained Car Detailers, with the following academic backgrounds, Degree, Higher National Diploma(HND), Senior High School and Junior High School holders with a total staff strengh of twenty five (25).
The operational structure of the company has a three stage management structure with five departments.
The Management structure is made up of a General Manager, Customer Relation Officer, Assistant Customer Relation Officer and a Cashier, constituting the senior management team, responsible for Administration.
Whilst four Supervisors with their Assistants supervises four departments, namely, The Steam Department, The Valeting Department, The Car Wash Department and the Field Operational Department. They form the middle level team.
While the Field Work-force form the lower level team.

CEO of SESIL VENTURES has been Certified as an Aircraft Cleaning and Disinfecting Consultant. He has succesfully gained the Trainer of Trainers certification and equipped with products and equipment to take off with Consultancy and Product distributorship. After undergoing a very comprehensive Aircraft Cleaning and Disinfecting training session with one of the best trainers in the world Jose Felix Martelino, with an extensive practical demonstration of latest technologies in aircraft cleaning, products, tools and material usage and application on both the interior and the exterior of aircrafts

The International Detailing Association is the leading industry association for professional detailing operators, suppliers, and consultants to the industry. The association is dedicated to promoting the value of professional detailing services, the recognition of professional detailing as a trade, and empowering detailing industry professionals at each stage in their career.
Sesil Ventures has now officially been admitted to join our community of professionals and share information, resources, and support, in turn creating credibility, standards, and recognition for the growing detailing industry.
