An assiduous and organic growth into Consultancy emanates from several years of experience, dedication, commitment to purpose, hard work, sacrifices, and focus.
I did not just assume to be a consultant by default, I educated myself, I learned, I trained, and invested time into an experience for over two decades, and now ready to launch!
It did not just happen through wishful thinking, I planned, prepared, and walked the journey!
And it came with a price to pay!
After graduating with a degree in Marketing from GIMPA, Automobile Engineering Technician programme from UMaT. I further pursued a diploma programme in Logistics and Transport at GIMPA and was conferred as a Member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, Ghana.
In addition to the above, I took up a Trainer of Trainer’s programme with the International Association of People and Performance Development and got certified with IAPPD-UK certification.
Furtherance to this and as part of my quest to move to the next level of my career as an Aircraft #Appearance #Consultant by meeting international standards, I had a series of travels outside for further training in Aircraft Appearance from Industry certified experts.
A year on and by the grace of God I won a contract with Africa World Airlines as an Aircraft Appearance Consultant.
Aircraft Appearance Officers are expected to have; Zero tolerance to #COMPLACENCY as a mantra. Health, #safety, and #security as a watchword. With #Customer #Satisfaction as a footprint leveraging on BRAND REPRESENTATION as a Marketing tool.
The Chief Executive Officer of SESIL Ventures Emmanuel E.K Awumee led a six days of crush and intense Aircraft Appearance Training programme for Africa World Airlines Appearance team in both theoretical and practical Aircraft Cabin and Fuselage Appearance.
Trainees were subjected to written exams leading to an award of a Certificate of Attendance.
This exercise is a capacity-building programme by Africa World Airlines to provide enhanced excellent and efficient services to their customers.
